You do not need to vacuum your carpets as that is my first job on arrival. Don't let carpet cleaners tell you that carpets don't need vacuuming before cleaning. Over 80% of dirt in a carpet can be "dry" dirt and the quickest and easiest way to get rid of that is to use a powerful, high filtration vacuum cleaner.

Every nasty stain on your carpet will be treated. I carry over 15 different stain removal chemicals. Although I clean to recognised domestic carpet cleaning industry standards and carry out specialist stain removal techniques on difficult marks, not all stains can be removed. I will have made you aware during the quotation, of any stains that could be problematic. However, if I cannot remove a stain and you find a carpet cleaner who can, I will refund your money.

Next I apply a heavy duty pre-spray specifically designed to electro-mechanically lift oily dirt and polutants in a aqueous solution allowing them to be extracted more easily.
Depending on the amount of soiling, determins whether or not I gently scrub the pre-spray into the carpet using our contra rotating scrubbing machine. Then the Truckmount carpet cleaning machine gets to work.

I am not talking about the standard portable carpet cleaner you can hire from your local hire company or even a larger professional portable machine that the majority of carpet cleaning companies use (3/4 h.p). The truckmount (24h.p) is a £24,000 fully kitted up, state of the art, carpet cleaning machine, which is most commonly used by carpet cleaners in the U.S.A and Australia and is recognised as the most effective method to produce results, which are quite outstanding.
The machine is mounted in the back of my van and pipes run from that
into your home. The truckmount produces very hot water and pumps that
at high pressure into the carpet. This breaks up the grime, dirt,
pollens and bacteria in the carpet. The machine then produces a huge
vacuum volume to suck the dirt and chemicals out of the carpet and back
into a holding tank on the van.
This is the only method of carpet cleaning recommended by Shaw Industries, the worlds largest carpet manufacturer.
The truckmount carpet cleaning process ensures a residue free rinse, meaning no sticky detergents which attract dirt, are left in the carpet.

All furniture is replaced back on the carpet with either foil tabs or styrofoam blocks under the legs to prevent any wood stain affecting the carpet or moisture from the carpet cleaning process affecting the furniture.
Where appropriate I will run a grooming rake over the cleaned carpet leaving the pile looking uniform and as 'fluffy' as possible.
SUPER FAST DRYING SYSTEM
Most carpets will be dry within 3-4 hours, but if a more rapid drying time is required, I can provide Turbo Dryers which are specially designed carpet drying fans which will dry carpets within the hour.
